Thinking Solutions for Education was founded in 2018 by Lee Miller MBE, with one clear purpose: to help schools and trusts thrive.
We bring together experienced education specialists across finance, HR, technology, facilities, governance and more. Our teams understand the pressures school leaders face because education is our world too.
By taking care of complex operational challenges, we give leaders more time, clarity and confidence to focus on pupils, staff and their communities.

As a not-for-profit organisation, every pound we receive is reinvested into the Thinking Schools Academy Trust. That means the support we provide goes on to create even more opportunities for children and young people.
