At Thinking Solutions for Education, our vision is rooted in a simple yet powerful principle - putting children first.
Founded in 2018 by Lee Miller, MBE, TSfE brings together a team of education experts dedicated to sharing their knowledge and skills to help schools and trusts thrive. We believe that by supporting school leaders with the right services, delivered in the right way and at the right cost, we can empower them to focus on what truly matters; the wellbeing, development, and success of every student. We call it "Transforming Life Chances".
As a not-for-profit organisation, every pound we receive is reinvested directly back into the Thinking Schools Academy Trust, supporting a cycle of continuous improvement and sustainable impact across our school communities.
Through this vision, Thinking Solutions for Education exists not just to deliver services, but to enable a shift in focus, away from administrative burdens and towards a renewed commitment to students, learning, and "Transforming Life Chances".
