Board of Directors and Register of Interests
The Board of Directors is responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of TSFE. The Board maintains a register of business and financial interests to ensure transparency and proper management of any potential conflicts of interest.
All directors are required to:
- Declare any actual or potential conflicts of interest at appointment and keep their declarations up to date
- Declare conflicts at the start of each board meeting
- Withdraw from decision-making where they have a material interest
This approach ensures compliance with the Companies Act 2006 and the Company's Articles of Association.
